This is the section which lets you enter new details or allow you to change the previous saved details of your account including your name, email address and password.

Cancellation & Return

There is absolutely NO limit on how much digital funds you can earn. As long as you keep shopping you just increasing funds in your digital account.

How much digital funds can i redeem?

You can redeem up to the maximum 4% of the total cart value of your digital funds in a single transaction and does not matter how much Digital Funds available in your account.

For example, if you are buying product(s) and your total cart value is £100 and you have £10 digital funds available in your account but you cannot redeem more than £4 (which is 4% of £100 total cart value) of your Digital Funds in a single transaction and rest of the remaining Digital Funds you can use in another transaction.

is there any expiry date for my digital account funds?

Yes. Digital Account expires after 6 months as some users leave funds in their account for long periods of time and cannot be contacted. We cannot be responsible for holding Digital Funds for indefinite periods.
